Finally, we are rid of the Evil Twins, Max Porn and are about to see some of the best race and strategise. Seems to have been a looong winter but here we go.....

    WDC, Hamilton, Schumacher, Alonso

    WCC, Mercedes, McL, Ferrari

Best of rest: Weber, Red Bull, Rubens, Williams.

Me too Brian...I know Lotus look damn impressive but I'm excited to see Virgin on the grid too. There will be enough story lines to fill an entire book and the racing should be tremendously competitive (per your points.) I can't wait!

It will be very interesting indeed.

The relative performance of all the players will be shown once and for all.

I am most interested in how Virgin, Campos (if they are there), Lotus all fare relative to each other. Also interested to see how Williams and Renault place, and how Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari all place.

And the biggest treat of all - seeing the greatest driver in the history of motor racing run again. And I will get to see him in-person at least once in my life (a dream come true) at Montreal.

Woohoo! here's to Massa and Alonso winning race after race!

I think someone owes me 100$ if Schumacher actually takes the grid in two weeks.

F1 got better for me the day Mosley got the boot.

As for the rest it's got the right ingredients for a super season, one in which its really hard to pick a WDC winner.

I am excited too. The Olympics and other racing re-caps partially satiated the barren winter months but finally spring is here.

Looking forward to an AWESOME season. Alonso vs Schumacher vs Vettel vs Hamilton vs Massa. What an incredible battle assuming that we have more than 2 car manufacturers that are competitive for the title.

I am really glad to see Schumi back. I just don't want to get my expectations up too much too soon. He will have some rust to overcome but hopefully he would be at the sharp end by the time the circus comes to Europe. I just wish he will win once again at the "driver" tracks that he had dominated at back in the 1990s but won sporadically in the 2000s - particularly Spa (last won in 2002), Suzuka (last won in 2004) and Monaco (last won in 2001). Can he get 100 wins? Possible over 2-3 seasons despite the tough competition (talent and youth).

As long as Schumacher doesn't win a race I'll be happy.
