does anyone know the msrp of the up & coming 06' G-spyder?????tanx
apples to oranges, me thinks...big, wide V12 that's impossible in a big city vs. a small more-tossable V10 convertible that's _almost_ GT-like in its daily drivability. Considering the prices of the '05 SEs and '06 Gallardo Coupes, the Spyder pricing doesn't seem so out of line... nlh
There is no final msrp yet on the spyder. Only the options list is finalized with pricing so you can spec your car. I ordered mine a month ago (being in the first 5) and they have yet to specify a final price. I'm thinking mid 200's after options depending on how aggressive you get with things. The carbon fiber option alone is 8,500.00
What is your delivery date? I'm anxious to see some more pix of color options. The only one I've seen was the white one that did the road show here in FL.
Frank, I'll scan the options list for you and post it here tomorrow if I have time. The colors are wide open. Most are optional. Only flat black and one other color are standard with no extra charge. You can even get any Murci color you want outside of the standard Gallardo colors. That option is 5,700 for paint but if you want Monterey Blue or the Murci Titanium you can get it. The dealers saying Feb/Mar for delivery......
Guys the Base MSRP on the 06 Spyder is 196K - then work up the options from there. A well suited Spyder (10K for egear, 4K for Nav/backup camera, branding package 450, upgraded wheels 3K, onboard computer 1K, and a few other due dads) will put you at around 215/220K). The other posters are correct - there is no final prices in yet - the first several build orders (meaning final build specs to the factory) goes in this month for delivery in Late Feb/early March). The Base MSRP is set from what I have been told. I would think you could get to 240K if you through every option in (upgraded seats, carbon interior/engine, custom paint, etc.) but this would be on the outside costs. I got this information last Thursday as I stopped by the dealer in Ohio. They also told me that they would be getting the largest allotment - 40 units for this year production run). All are sold out/spoken for - (all 06 spyders - I belive have been for a while) Rich

There is some layover between options (i.e. if you get the carbon fiber you can't get Leather II) but overall you can really trick it out if you want. I sure did.
