Please let's not **** stir and just savor the moment... ;)

We have something to cheer about this year with a front-running Ferrari. :)

After the F60 debacle last year this year is like a breath of fresh air...

    Just my 2 cents.

I'm not hiding; I'm still no Alonso fan. Maybe in time we'll see that his character has changed.

The guy knows how to win. Time to learn the lyrics to the Spanish national anthem, because we may be hearing it a lot this year.

    Forza Felipe!

Right here; checking in! Just like I thought, mixed feelings when he won. Great for Ferrari; not at all excited about Alonso. I don't expect my feelings to change about Jim either.
More people are discussing how boring the race was, as opposed to who won it.....

I was happy for Ferrari when they won the race, much rather Hamilton had won, or Massa for that matter. I still think Alonso is a *****.

Right here. As Kevin said, mixed feelings when he won. Great for Ferrari; not at all excited about Alonso. I don't expect my feelings to change about him either.

    I'm an Alonso hater.

I've always said he was one of the best drivers out there, and he is. However I still dislike him as a person intensely. He's a conniving backstabbing blackmailing little turd, and always will be.

I would prefer Alonso beat Massa though... but I'd rather Vettel beat them both :)

I'm not hiding either - I still don't like him personally and I won't be celebrating his victories.

I do respect his driving abilities and knew he'd be pretty successful in the red car so Bahrain was no surprise to me. In fact, on another forum where we do an informal poll of the top 3 finishers and some other stats, I chose Alonso to win. Not that I wanted him to, but it seemed a likely outcome.

At least the backstabbing blackmailing little turd will be on the same team as that other backstabbing blackmailing little turd, Luca DM.

I've converted from Alonso hater to Alonso fanboy. Something about a red car can do that, haha.

He'll win alot, maybe the title, but he reminds me of another succesful weasel; Alain Prost. Don't want to change the thread, but to me, the similarities are there. Just not enjoyable watching either of those two win....

Good question. The guy has never done anything wrong to me personally. It is just that he seems to believe his own hype. Believed he was entitled to the 2009 title, believes he is entitled to the 2010 title. I say, just race and see what happens. I will admit he is in the top three at his game, the other two being Alonso and Hamilton.

The Spanish anthem doesn´t has lyrics, so just keep listening this wonderfull melody followed by the Italian one.

    Grande Fernando!
