I have been waiting to post them both together, though I have had the stuff from Robbie (Sticky No More) for months. Because I had two cracked center console parts that Robbie felt would most likely not be repairable, I decided to go for the MA Carbon parts to finish it off right. Definitely not a concours car now, but sweet jeepers is she gorgeous!

Robbie did the switches, knobs, and vents. MAC supplied the solid center pieces, and the speedo and aux gauge surrounds to match. The center console has to be seen in person to get the full effect. It is also one of those parts that you almost hate to install, because the craftsmanship is more than just the shiny surface. All three of the center console parts are works of art, especially the ash tray bit. This is the way it should have been done!

Takes a few hours, just because it is a bit tedious, and you don't want to rush. You will also need a tiny wrench (6 mm) for the nuts on the back of the flags on the ash tray lid, and a pair of snap ring pliers. Other than that, it is phillips screws and brittle plastic plugs.

Sorry for butting-in. It's made by Hill Engineering. You can get it with or without the lettering (I have the later). Call Daniel at Ricambi, I believe he has them in-stock, or can get them in his usual "instant" time. IMHO, it really finishes the interior.

That's good. I think the Grand Prize for our Ricambi Rally is a LARINI MUFFLER (or equal substitute for folks who already have a sport muffler). Second place ain't too shabby either... but I won't reveal it just yet.

Love that steering wheel in the 355!!!

I second that; a HUGE improvement over the stock 355 wheel. And the interior looks great!

They were actually made by the prior owner, who has a business making pedals for cars like ours (http://www.srpracing.com/). He recently made me a slick custom kick plate for the GT40. I am not sure where the carbon sills came from, but he did the aluminum overlay. He also bead blasted the window triangles and the shift paddles, which just happens to perfectly match the steering wheel.

I have not refinished my door handles. Underneath they are rubbish but the exposed parts are nice - I cleaned all the gunk off with googone, believe it or not. Eventually I will do those in carbon from MA also.
