About to remove the door panels of my 355 to fix a few things- While I'm sure I'll figure it out- if anyone has done it and has a procedure I'd appreciate it.

    This is going from memory.

a/ Remove the door mirror backing undoing the two x head screws.
b/ Remove the door speakers if they are after market.
c/ On the inside of the door edge towards the hinges, remove the two x head screws that are holding the leather triangle end cap. This holds the main leather padded center panel to the front of your door.
d/ Under the leather door pocket, remove the x head screws holding the pocket to the metal of the door, including the ones up the inside edge of the pocket.
e/ Now grab the center leather section thats also attached to the pocket and slide the whole thing forward. This is because behind it there is a spring clip that can only be released by sliding the whole thing forward.

f/ Next you will see that the door grab handle is now exposed. Undo the two 10 mm bolts that hold the bottom and the single x head that holds the top. Remove the door handle.
g/ Unscrew the door locking pins. Also pull out the window switches and remove the electrical connectors (two on the drivers side, one on the passenger)
h/ Remove the single x head screw that holds the lift up door handle. Slide of.
i/ Grab the door panel edge and pull away from the door sharply. The panel is attached via plastic male pins that slots into the metal in the door.

j/The door panel is now good to go :)
