Awesome spots ! That Talbot is something else.
Spotted in Sebring at the 12 hours. No idea what it is, but it looks like a lot of fun. Ferrari wheels??? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Was the Talbot the recent rendition of the quintessential Talbot Lago, or was it an original? Nothing exciting to see today other than a couple of Maser Q's.
If it's the real McCoy Talbot Lago, it's very rare. In recent years re-makes have been made and Continental was/is selling them. They're also very nice and not inexpensive.
I think the yellow car photo above that was spotted at Sebring is called a: Deronda-I think Jay Leno has/had one with a V-8 engine in it.
The "Talbot Lago" spotted appears to be a replica "Talbo" made by TLC. I think its powered by a Mustang engine.
Just spotted an Orange Lamborghini Superleggera Devon and Hoyne in my neighborhood, less than a block from my house. This is the 2nd time I have seen this car, first time catching it with my camera. I see these every now and then. What are they ? They look like Missile launchers ? Is there a base around Chicago or a manufacturer ? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Pretty sure I saw this car last week on LSD.....SL's with the small wing option are pretty rare nice spot.
Metallic orange Gallardo driving around Glenview at 4:10pm. It had some ridiculous rims that were silver and orange. They kind of looked like these: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ha! I used to drive these in the Army. Compared to the other vans/trucks, this one was a "sports" car. But don't try to break too hard or you will lift the rear end up. This particular one looks like it used to be a mobile radio station for a batallion HQ: It is the closed version with the sideways door where the radio operator(s) would get in and out. The big "pipe" behind the driver side door was the support for the antenna.
the gallardo you saw on Devon is parked on Rush St. outside Le Conolial all the time...almost every weekend in the summer.
