Why so early you ask???? just a subtle REMINDER to set your alarm clocks unless you happen to be a night owl. For those of us in the Central Time Zone - it's scheduled for 01:00. Hope Speedy will be enjoying it live. see ya later....
Here's my dilemma...Do I stay up, watch it, and risk being too tired to get to the office when I want to tomorrow or do I get a good night sleep and just wake up extra early and watch it before I venture out? Either way I'm going to wind up more tired than I want by the end of the day and I have a dinner to go to. Damn F1. Mark
Hi Mark - similar type dilemma here too.....I can amuse myself with computer graphic work until 1 am - my preference is to watch events at the time the occur - so if I stay up, I just hope I don't doze off and wake up with my head on the keyboard! I guess there's no perfect solution so we make the best of it for our circumstances. Hopefully we'll both be here in less than 6 hours! carol
I'm a night owl for sure. I'm more productive late at night too so I'm wide awake! The waiting stinks though but only about 50 minutes to go...
wide awake here too - I think I'll stay with that justin channel we were on and see if qualifying comes up - after P3 there was a cross country dirt bike race, now a test drive of a new Jaguar - picture on TVU was better but that was a bit disappointing that it quit on us - 35 mintues to go after watching P3 - anything can happen next !! Carol
hang in there, if anything like P3.....you'll wake up here's where we were for P3 - http://www.justin.tv/f1dude#r=bXN4j2c~ guess we'll see if it works again for F1 Carol
I don't mind the speed coverage. I met Matchett in Vegas a couple of years ago. There isn't a large F1 following here in Boise (I don't know anyone else who watches) and most of my friends think I'm crazy staying up all hours to watch. I just love it.
Speed is the only thing i've had to watch in the past few years so I don't know any better but as I find more web coverage or BBC...I'd rather watch that. In terms of friends and family...yeah I'd say the average F1 fan is a little looney to watch coverage worldwide at random hours, but thats why we're F'n better then the rest :-D
p2p has been back for a little bit - Speed lag is just over 9 minutes - John's sitting by me watching Speed and I'm on my laptop with bunches of windows open
