I have a Dell monitor and printer, about 5yr's old, in perfect working order and would like to recoup a few bucks by selling them. I'm only hoping to get around $30-$50 for both so any leads would be appreciated, oh yah I'm in Houston.

    Thanks,
    Gregg

    Craigslist is an option.
Also try posting an ad on your local grocery store bulletin board.

Local computer stores, not the major ones, the hobby shop types.

Donate them to people that need them, like the car donations.

Garage sale it, but you might need more items :D

Good luck. I'd be suprised if you could give them away much less sale them. Remember you can't throw away that stuff, instead you have to recycle it.

Good idea about donating them. I wonder if Good Will will take them as I have one across the street from my house?

In my experience, Goodwill takes a lot of different items as long as they are in good condition.

    Definitely worth a shot...

Printer - toss, dump, sell, give away, they will probably stop selling cartridges for it in 5 years or the jets will clog up permanently in a year or two.

Monitor - if you don't have a spare, keep it, unless you can run out and buy a replacement with no hesitation.

Cost more to pack and ship than it is worth probably.
