anyone knows a place that will rebuild a catalytic conv for a 01 360?

You don't mention where you are located. It is now illegal to rebuild used catalysts in California. State law says you must buy a new factory cat, as all aftermarket cats are illegal as well. Some shops will still install aftermarket cats if they are supplied by the owner and the invoice says something cryptic like, "exhaust repair"

Miller catalyser in Haward, CA http://www.millercat.com/ used to rebuild the used cats for us before the law changed. You could give them a call, I'm sure that some one still does it.

You mention primary cats, but 360s had more issues with the precats breaking up and debris getting sucked backwards up the exhaust into the motor. If there is a way to go with straight pre-cats, I'd consider it while you are in there.
