Nope. The rockers have very little structural rigidity. You'll simply crush them and then your car will look like crap from the side and down low.

There are proper lift points where there's a structural member of the frame - you'll see where they are by looking for a (usually crushed) jack receiver location point, just behind the front wheel and just ahead of the rear wheel. If you lift anywhere else you'll hear the sound of deforming metal....

Forget what it may do to the car --- what will it do to YOU !! That thing looks sketchy as hell !!! I wouldn't go anywhere near a car that was propped up on one of those things...

That looks like just a regular scissor lift a lot of folks here use. There are half a dozen manufacturers/retailers...Bend Pak, Snap On, Greg Smith Equipment, etc. They are hydraulically operated, and weight about 1,000 pounds. Quite stable, and convenient. Notice the two pistons in the photo, the motor is mounted away from the unit on a stand that also enables you to roll the lift around (assuming you have the upper body strength to do so).

My rockers were all bent up when i got my car, there's really nothing supporting them.

I mostly bent them back just using my hands. They're about as solid as trying to jack up your car using the door or front fender.
