    Guys,

Have searched for the "fix it" instructions on this and have had no luck.

Perhaps someone can help as I would like to fix the flap with the Hill Engineering pin. Sure it's not tough but would prefer all the help I can get!

    Thanks!

Have you confirmed it's the pin that is broken? I had a stripped gear train in my flap motor/module.

Yes, it is the pin as the motor is still working.

As an aside... I never did get around to figuring out if the motor is always energized (continually pushing the flap at the end of travel), if there is a current sensor circuit to turn off juice when the motor stalls (flap reaches limit of travel at either end) or if there's a timer circuit that turns off juice to the motor when it "assumes" the flap has reached either end of travel. Would be nice to know.
