Yeah I don't think my thread had anything to do with the out come. I doubt Rob Lay even read it. I think one of the mods that has posted in this thread had a bigger hand
now that I'm in the land of the unbanned, I can read this. In a way, I wish I hadn't because all I can think is......WTF??????????????? who the hell does that guy think he is? and who the hell does wax think he is for accusing me of calling tiffo a liar? Clearly I was making fun of tif, but how the hell would I know if he's lying or not? I only deal in ridicule and facts <----I crack me up. Rob did the right thing, as he always seems to have done in the past IME. 'tone it down'....and I did. Being pushed around just makes me want to push back harder. Lucky for tiffo baby, he's a mod....but i don't think that should come into it really. still, what I said is right. there are people in the F1 section who mouth off about all sorts of crap about drivers/teams and situations that they couldn't POSSIBLY know details about....they call these opinions 'facts' and berate, ridicule and bully anone who disagrees. I didn't have to wait long for the proof, as it turns out, and for others to agree with me. Unless you're a close friend and confidante of Alonso, you DON'T know what happened in spygate.....and reading about it on the internet or knowing a journalist does NOT count. Knowing who Michael Schumacher is does NOT mean you know how his neck feels, and reading a quote from his doctor (we know how accurate journos are) does NOT make you an expert on it. Seeing a photo of Massa's eye after his accident does not make you his personal physician and therefore in a position to predict the end of his career and loss of competitiveness. Seeing Alonso follow Massa for a lot of the Aussie GP does NOT mean you know the ins and outs of teams orders that may or may not have been made or what Alonso's thought process was while he was there. Unless you're MS or LdM you will probably NEVER know why MS just retired or if he was forced out. These are things we just have to live with. I could go on, but mum's calling me for dinner. I hope it's a wakeup call for the 'powers that be' that something's just not right there. So here's my opinion, and you can take it as fact based on what I know, who I know and the many years of experience I've had following motor sports. Life is full of surprises, and what you think is obvious from perveying the surface often is completely wrong.
can I dot point a response.......? 1. agreed 2. agreed 3. agreed, how do we know what pap thinks about 400i's and 348's 4. agreed, pap cant think 5. agreed, hayden has fat thighs 6. agreed, moretti has smelly farts 7. agreed, no one here should advise about financial planning (MQG) without year 12 and a financial planners' license 8. disagree....PP no SWA about motor sport ( he rides an electric vespa....enough said) 9. agreed............i have no idea about anything 10. the doc is calling for me to have dinner..............bald beaver pie she calls it

mmm, you seem to pick and choose which posts to attack. there have been plenty from others with unkind words attached that you have failed to clean up. you seem to like it that way. if you have noticed i have refrained from responding to many posts lately. once you take sides, it's time to 'hand the keys over'.
