From proposal to wedding, there'll be only 10 months - we decided on a venue in late October or early November (can't remember exactly, it's all a blur) with 6 months to go. It's a lot to do in a short space of time... many organizations we've been talking to have been like "when is your wedding" and when we said "April" they'd flick through to April 2011. They'd look positively horrified when we corrected them to April 2010. Obeying the women seems a good policy, but they don't always know what they want when they're issuing instructions - which complicates things slightly.
