Very curious to know whether or not there is more than one factory authorized dealer in your city?
Is it a case that Ferrari don't want competition within their point of sale dealers and service centres?
I live in a city of 4 million plus and there is only one so no direct competition unless you go interstate.
Servicing centers...there are a few independants specilising in Ferrari but it's generally old Ferrari model stuff but nothing touching brand new or near enough too.

0 in Tacoma, WA. Alfa of Tacoma is my F-wrench (GREAT guy, great service).
Nearest F dealer is F of Seattle 45 minutes North of me. I stop in from time to time...

So could you play one another off if you weren't happy with customer service from either of the authorized F dealers or would it be a closed loop?

In my major capital city, you can't go anywhere else especially if the car is still under some time left with factory warranty and poor customer service from them has to be copped on the chin.

Zero. Closest one to me is in Toronto, about 2 hours east of where I live, or 2 hours west of me which would be Detroit.

None here in Cleveland, Ohio... we do have a Maserati dealer, though.

The closest dealer is Midwestern Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio (about 2 and a half hours away).

Indeed, Cauley Ferrari is the Michigan store. Fortunately for me, it's within walking distance. I should try taking my car there sometime.

    0 in Indiana.
A newish Maserati store in Indy.

St. Louis is has a Ferrari service, but not a dealer as far as I know.
So I guess Chicago, Detroit or Columbus, OH would be the nearest dealers.
