My mentor is a dead ringer(pesonality wise) for Larry David. I don't remember who the character was that came to my mothers party. I will find out. He is originally from Ithaca NY, which Jerry must like this area because Ithaca was inserted into a few episodes. The guy who was at my mothers party is the son of my 8th grade english teacher.
"Master of you domain" and the one where Kramer tried to get the investor guy to admit he was doing cocaine were two of the funniest.
Since it was on last night. George: "Hi, I couldn't help you looking in my direction." Girl: "I couldn't help overhear you ordered the exact same thing." George: "My name is George, I'm unemployed and I live with my parents." Girl: "I'm Victoria, hiiii." lmao
I didn't either. I hadn't watched one episode until my 3rd year in college in '02. My roommate at the time introduced me to it. Needless to say after about 2 or 3 episodes I was hooked.
Worlds collide. That is my favorite show of all times. The wife and I know every line from every show. The one with the "unvitation" to Sue Ellen Mishke's wedding in India was on today. "You can stuff your sorries in a sack mister."
I love the episode when George is trying to act like a tough guy in front of that girl and bootlegs a movie... lol... And when Frank comes to pick up George at the police station... Frank (to Elaine): YOU WANT A PIECE OF ME??!!?? --Grant
The worlds are colliding! You're killing independent George! I always reference this episode and say my worlds are colliding when someone I'm dating friends me on facebook or meets my friends. Hahaha.
lmao, love that episode. And you bring up an interesting point b/c I've come to the conclusion you shouldn't be friends with who you're dating on facebook until either you realized you are just friends or things just don't work out but do "like" the person. I'd like to de-friend some but can't bring myself to do it. lol One of my favorite episodes was on the other night. "You've gotta see the baaaby." Jerry: "Jane's topless". Kramer: "Yo-Yo Ma!" Jerry: Why do you think we're getting the sneak peak?" Kramer: "Maybe she wants to create a buzz?" Kramer: "We saw Jane topless." George: "What!" Kramer: "She was laying out." George: "You mean face down." Jerry: "No." George: "If she were a criminal and you had to describe her to a sketch artist?" Jerry: "They'd pick her up in about 10 minutes." And then the legendary....."I WAS IN THE POOL! I WAS IN THE POOL!!!"
Hahaha...yeah, facebook and dating can be tricky...and a lot of trouble if you're dating more than one person...or so I hear. What about the episode where Elaine sends Christmas cards to everyone and her nipple is showing? Hahaha!! That was hilarious.
LOL....even if you're not it can be trouble. "I want to know why I didn't get a Christmas card? I thought we were good friends?" "You want a Christmas card!?!?! Here!" lmao 'The Contest' was on last night. Probably my favorite episode. "You know......I was alone." "Glamour?" "So she fell?" "Well I couldn't run over there the way I was!" "You? You'll be out before we get the check." I love this thread.
(From The Parking Garage episode) George: Look at this. Not only does he need the Mercedes, but he needs the two parking spaces. Jerry: Well, what are you going to do? Spit on it? George: I think I am. *George begins to walk toward the Mercedes but stops when the owner starts walking towards it* George: What a beautiful piece of machinery. Leave it to the Germans! (The owner ignores George and drives away) LOL. Also, Hey, no bagel, no bagel, no bagel! --Grant
Funniest sitcom ever on TV, IMHO. I have to say that Curb is pretty good as well, but Seinfeld is still the best. The Ass-Man episode and Kramer as a Pimp was pretty hilarious.
