Good luck on your self-help book. How many chapters will you devote to Begging and Pleading?

    Well, you figured it out...

I'm a mod on www.RichManChat.com and there is a thread in the double gold doubloon section dedicated to keeping you down.

And, my brain emits FrankZappa waves which annihilate gamma waves.

Your right I am 23 years old, but you are certainly wrong about me believing the world owes me something, If anything I owe the world, the journey that I follow is that of my heart, I am happy to serve others, and others are happy to serve me.

Again, with no disrespect meant, only 5% of the population are wealthy and it is a fact they control the other 95%, there is a simple truth to this fact. Therefore I can safely conclude that only 1 in 20 comments will be that of sense, logic and knowledge, and the other comments will be wrote in fear, anger, envy, jealousy or hate.

Luck my friend is something you make, not find. I can point to many instances in my life where someone says "wow! That was lucky". Well, yes, but I was smart enough or worked hard enough to use it as an opportunity instead of missed opportunity I cry about years later.

Luck is not merely a word for the rich. Luck is a word for those smart enough to see the difference between right and wrong, good and bad, and right track/wrong track.

If only you spent this much thought energy and time on controlling your thoughts, rather than allowing them to run hectic on forums like this. Think about it, you could have just read it and ignored my posts, but no, you just had to get your piece in. Your lower conscious is working its magic, I can tell, work on your self before attempting to help others, because you will just do more harm than good.

Okay, and this is where you go wrong. You can't have an income without having a career if that makes any sense.

A career should be something you should enjoy. I'm a college student so take my advice lightly, I've made very little money since I put more of my focus on school.

You sound like you want to sell drugs or make a quick buck. That isn't going to be helpful in the long run. Just relax, there are always things that will grind your gears and will stress you out. It's not healthy to get stressed out and worry.

    And...he's banned.

It is impossible to think this person is serious about anything. To be critical of criticism, among their other comments, shows a truly narcisstic frame of mind. Look at the comments. I don't mind starting on the bottom, but I am better than that. Others are more qualified to start there, so I am getting screwed. The attention you seek with this stupidity shows how you are so jealous of successful people. Everyone starts with nothing. Some have things handed to them. Others bust their hump to achieve. Then there is the class you fall in. Complainer. You need a job. Then go get one. Update us only when you do.

allseeingeye... keep your head up, gain some humility and at age 23 you have all the time in the world to get where you want. I left college in 2008 to work on a political campaign, afterwards due to the recession my parents could no longer afford to help me with college so I gambled and tried to start a company... it failed and I ended up living on the streets for a few weeks in the bitter cold city of Cleveland, OH. There were no jobs for a national merit scholar like myself to be had so I ended up volunteering because I figured A. at least I can help others B. generate some good karma and C. put myself out there. I ended up getting a part time gig which allowed me to stabilize my credit and enlist in the Army. Next stop for me is Ranger school... after which point I will be deployed to Afghanistan.

Point is this my friend, am I where I would like to be? No not by any stretch. But like you said, luck is a fickle word that I have found elusive... I would prefer not be in the Army where I will be put in harms way just so I can afford to go back to college... but such is life.

My advice, work hard, stay positive, and if you can't find anything, feel free to volunteer and put yourself out there. In addition, be willing to accept something less than, "a few hundred a day..."... Good luck.

I don't understand. You need a job, but you wont take anything minimum wage. If you have ambitions of becoming rich and famous, then you need to start somewhere and typically its at the bottom. Sounds like to want someone to hand you 100k a year for nothing. By the way, did you go to college? What did you major in? Stop *****ing and take what you can get. Times are tough and there are people who have families that would be happy to get a minimum paying job.
