i copied this info from ferrari chat Ferrari Road Car Models and Production Numbers if you guys had not seen this very interesting
It is very interesting information isnt it Paolo? My RHD red/tan/tan 348 is rarer than rocking horse sh*t. Id say your RHD Giallo/black/black Spider is more rarer than my car.
Your 348 won't actually be counted in that figure unless it is an ex-UK car. Maranello Concessionaires have published various booklets over the years quoting the number of RHD Ferraris supplied new to the UK. That is frequently, and incorrectly, taken to be the worldwide RHD total but it isn't. RHD cars are supplied new to many other markets (including Australia, of course). Jonathan
Well then, it appears they made enough LHD spiders for everyone! I'm glad I decided on that rare red/tan color combo anyway.
Thanks Paolo - but in my case it won't matter because I have ZERO plans of ever selling Thanks Scott...and as usual, spoken like a true gentleman and a scholar.
WAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAAAA!!!!! Pap you big idiot, that made me laugh good. I haven't ever heard that one used before. I'll be adding that to the collection for sure.
I have fairly comprehensive information for UK cars (I believe there were 2 UK 348 ts' supplied new), but only a sample/subset of the rest of production. Jonathan
Hi, You mention 137 GT/S's, but I have always seen 218 as the official number. Any advise on this? Also, I believe that about 50 units of GT/C were built. Are they considered on the GT/S and GT/B production numbers? R
