Hello I have a 348 with cats. Last year I bought a single can stainless exhaust. Sound and response is better, but There is something wrong with something and it keeps on shutting down left or right spark. Sometimes slow down lights on the dash go on, but for a couple of min only than they shut down (randomly left or right). Will try to replace cam position sensor, but I think there has something to do with the cats, because when car warms up she runs ok 90% of the time. Can someone lets me know if I can pull the codes with old Fiat-Lancia diagnostic comp (it has lancia tema by Ferrari in the system and it shares the engine with 348). Does the button and connector trick work with Euro 348s So my question is: Where can I buy test pipes (not high flow cats) and how do they affect the lambdas. The ones on E-bay are really expensive. I can make them myself from Stainless steel, but for that I need to take my car apart in order to take one old cat off and make a template. Or I would do it if someone else would need some. But for only 2 pcs is really to much trouble. I can pass the emission control without them in my country. De cat it (remove the cats) and remove the 2 ECU black boxes that are just a source of problems. Best thing I ever did to my 348.
