How much would a seller of these had paid for this in order to get them , ruffly ???

I found a seller who has stock pile 96 to 98 of them. WOW. He has sold 6 total 1 per the months of >> April / May / July / Aug 2009. And 1 in Jan , 1 in March 2010.

Yet when My a friend of mine asked him how much if he bought 2 in same purchase. The seller offered no deal other then $10 less ship for second item.

I mean with ship aspecially from Europe to Cdn or USA these things total $600 plus.

So how long before this guy does some research to see there are alot of people just sitting and waiting for these to go down in price even a little bit.

How much dollar stock / inventory / cost to this seller would be sitting on ???

I really doubt anyone has that in inventory....and by the way the model is not diecast, though there are diecast parts.

Are you saying that parts of the body are made out of plastic?

The line between handbuilts and diecasts is getting thinner and thinner as quality of diecasts has become incredibly good!

In 10 years diecast has evolved from Burago to CMC and alike.
If I would start collecting today, I would probably go for these highdetail diecasts!

I think the dicription diecast comes down to the material the body is made of.
CMC, GMP, Hotwheels, High end BBR's in 1:18 are all made of Zamac.
    Handbuilts are Resin or white-metal.

Don't know what this GTO's main material is.. If its Zamac Its diecast, and there is nothing wrong with that!

I have been collecting since my teens, and to protect myself from bankrupcy, a devorce and the need of hiring a warehouse for storage, I stick to handbuilts...
which isn't easy seeing better en better quality "diecasts" being released.

ya, he / they have that many. And unfortunitily these are being sold from Europe. And from my experiences VERY RARELIY do they reduce there prices. And request for deals is pretty much not going to happen.
