    This.

The same idea is also evident, although much more subtle, in the Mondial and Boxer. Also seen in the Dino. Although the 308/328 is hands down the nicest example.

The only car where i think every design choice was perfect. Flawless in execution. The 288 GTO.

Specifically, the way the muscular fenders create a perfect coke bottle effect.

This aggressiveness is sadly missing in todays Ferrari's

The car I spend all my time looking at is the one for which I pick out a styling cue. Of course it's on my Mondial. The second one is actually not body, but I frequently follow a 348, and I like the clutch hanging down there in the back, makes it seem more purposeful.

Photo shows subtle yet sexy line

When I first saw the title of this thread I thought I'd put that in as my choice. You beat me to it!

This is a detail which, in slightly modified form, appeared on the 365 California, the 206, the 246, the 208, the 288GTO, the 308, the 328, and the F40. This is certainly my favorite detail. (And thanks for choosing a car that looks much like mine to illustrate the detail ;) .)

The side "strakes" of the Testarossa and 348 are distinctive, but in my opinion, must come in at least second.

Hard to beat the set of 4, round, equal-sized, equal-spaced taillights to find something that says "classic Ferrari" :)

Side scoops are emblematic, as well --- as are the "flying buttresses" on the rear roof line of many models.

And, of course, my personal favorite ---- that wonderful, gated, shift plate :) which has always kept me away from owning any F1 equipped Ferrari !

Yes, a lovely feature. I wish my 308 had it. (And an engine top pretty enough to put into a showcase!)

    No argument here.

Oh, and there's that distinctive "scoop" I was talking about. :)

I would go for the front "city" lights of the 355. Not the pop-up headlights.

It has something very s*xy :D

Refer to the treads on the subject when it was up for auction at Maranello. It's pedigree is not universally accepted. It was converted into a 350 CanAm by the factory and remains in that incarnation.

    Correct.

It's Motor, chassis, and body are 350 Can Am not 330 P4.

    Ferrari recognizes it as a 350 Can Am not a 330 P4.

There is only one 330 P4 existent. 0856
