Hi guys, I have finally run out of things to do to my 348 Spider I purchased in Aug 2009. She has just come back from her final detail , she is offiically thru.....for now..... and I wanted to post the pics. Here is a list of what I have done so far. 1. Carbon Fider Door Sills and Inserts 2. Purchased additional Air Box and had it powder coated red for Sh"ts and giggles ( I have original ) 3. Bought a set of used 360 wheels and new Hankook Tires-- Love the ride and love the price Rear bolts are to long you need the same size as the front Lugs 3. Installed custom Nardi Wood Steering wheel 4. Installed indash Front and Rear Laser Radar jammer/detector ( Lite on dead button in console ) 5, Front Skid Plates in Black Plastic from Ricambi ( Has saved me a few times worth every penny) Thanks Daniel 6. Installed Focal Speakers in same spot as originals ( tweeters and Mid/sub) 7 Installed Pioneer Premiere Am/Fm/CD/Ipod/Blutooth Receiver and Kicker 300 amp. 8. Installed Fabspeed By Pass Cats-- These are the real Deal- quality thru and thru Call as speak with Jeremy tell him Glenn sent you he will take off 1.00 9. Installed Nouvalari T-4 Stainless Supersport Exhaust ( Loud and WOW!! ) AWSOME www.nouvalari.com ==Great stuff I will post on you tube soon with sound clip- Totally F1 and makes you tingle -- 10. Had the seats and interior parts redyed and I amnot happy with the job.. he messed up my driver seat. I wil post close ups later. I was and am pissed 11. Added Aluminum Pedals, shifter knob and also Passenger side footrest 12. Custom Floor Mats 13. 355 Ashtry emblem 14. Stickynomore to do the vents and he did a fabulous job which is no surprise as we all know 15, I purchased but have not yet put on the Metal Timing belt covers that the older models came with and mine is that plastic 16. Found a custom Drink Holder for my center console Thank You Mark 17. Installed a K & N Airfilter Also the guy who did the final detail is BufferBarry in Lancaster, PA. He has a great shop and even has a body shop behind him that has a custom mixer so he can do factory colors. He is a very very good. www. presidentail Detail and he also dose paintless dent repair-- He does a ton of cars at the auction in Manheim. I want to thank all the brothers, its just such a great feeling, everyone helping each other. Glen I just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to work on your very sexy girl. You have one nice 348 and it was an honor to detail it. Thank you very much. I hope you enjoy her now. Oh yea. please don't touch it. lol Just let her sit to be admired!! Oh yea I can still hear that exhaust in the back of my mind. Such a sweet sound!

Jarrett, Thanks for all your help. You car is just as sweet. I had to source out the parts, most came from Ferrparts, but you won't fnd new anymore Its 5 pieces total JMiff helped me out when he did his a few months back. Barry you run a great business and deserve all the credit for making the outside shine so bright and clean. More pics tomorrow

that is unbelievable PERFECT the only fault i can find in all these pics is the toilet door in the garage is in need of a heavy lick of paint

I really like wooden wheels but never would have thought they'd look good on a car like the 348..... But it looks really good man! Nice work.
Thanks to the brohood for the positive comments. Believe it or not I do drive the car more then I did my 308 QV or the Porsche before that. I guess my wife hating the car does not help but whats a guy supposed to do ? Drive drive drive-LOL -I guess I put on about 3-4 K a year. I have been asked who was it that did the redye that I was not happy with. Since he did a butcher job on my drivers seat its called Fibrenew his initials are TK. I will have to give him some props as he also did some trim pieces and they do look great but my driver seat really bummed me out. I still can't figure out how he did what he did. I will post pictures of it soon. The metal timing belt covers are hard to find as the 5 pieces are all not available anymore from what I am told. Try any used ferrari parts businesses. You may have to buy few here and few there to get all 5 pieces. The Early 348's had the metal and late models are using a Hard Plastic. I am pretty much done for now and am just gonna drive it and enjoy. I will post on Youtube in the next few days and will post here so you can hear the amazing sound the Nouvalari and Fabsped cats produce. If anyone is coming to Reading please stop by and say Hi. What's the serial number of this beauty?!? Have you added it to the 348 registry? I love the steering wheel and the carbon fiber door sills, not to mention the 360 wheels.
Glen, beautiful job and so happy to hear that you are enjoying the drives and the changes. I just got mine back from detailing and posted a couple of pictures in the "Chicago" section under you guessed it 'detailing'. Our cars are similar although I went with different wheels and have been thinking about changing the exhaust system but still stock for now. Missed the Nouvalari timing when you arranged the group purchase. Luckily my wife enjoys the car too except for top down without the windows up. Must be a girl thing
I usually prefer stock Ferrari's. I must say you have exquisite taste. If I may add; You do not have to do anything more to her. Drive in Good Health... John..
