If you think Italian don't like Lambo's you have obviously never actually talked to locals about Lamborghini! I have been all over Italy north and south and they just love Italian cars in general. I'm yet to meet a fellow Italian that wouldn't want to own a Lambo.

I'm sure they exist, maybe Ferrari factory workers

But they are not built by Lamborghini, they were aquired by SAME in 1971 and still use the 'name'. They are not built in a Lamborghini factory, nor does it appear they have any involvement.

Are you kidding me? I accidently missed a "r' in his name so I don't know anything?

    Someone's a little sore.

I'm in no way undermining Lamborghini. I love Lambo's if I didn't I would never enter this forum. Ferruccio was obviously a brilliant man, otherwise his name would not still be around.

almost all like lamborghinis in Italy, ferrari die hard fans are not always in love with lambos though
they talk about the German onwer, lack of racing pedigree, etc...
the regular italian likes ferrari over anything else, the car passionate loves usually more than one brand for different reasons

1- correct, nothing come close to Ferrari, but lambo is much loved
2- no, unfortunatly maserati is not respected as lambos after the biturbo era...
people know better lambo than maserati because they do not build really super sport cars...(MC 12 apart, but it is a specialist car)
a pity the biturbo era ruined so much of this GREAT historic brand's image :( , btw i love vintage maserati!

    i am here guys ;)
many italians are cars-bikes lovers, lambo is on the top list
to me lamborghini is a LEGEND! they made some of the most beautiful cars ever :)

i must confess: i would like an F40 someday

I'm just coming back from a 4 days trip in Italy, we were a group of 19 Lambos & 11 others cars... seeing how people get out quickly of their house just to see Lambos & to listen to engine roars is a pure demonstration of their emotion and passion for the Bull...
