    Does anybody else worry that things like Nav will be like an 8-track in the future? How long will they make updates? In 20 years it will be crap with a map that is 10 years old.

    Cell phone in your pocket with earbud quietly telling you directions sounds more like a long term plan to me.

    Exactly!
    Same thing applies to all these high tech sound systems (that can't be heard properly in a car of that type anyway and make sense only in ultra quiet luxo barges).
    The sound of a Ferrari V8 or V12 on other hand, will never become obsolete....
