Yeah, got the wheels finished and mounted. Took pics this morning. Will fit the center caps when I get home! Thanks Matt for selling your wheels to me... Kai Before and After Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I decided to sand down and paint instead of completely stripping the wheels down and then applying the chemical sealant and either powdercoating or paint. I forget the exact silver color code but can check with the painter. The tires are Sumitomo HTR ZIII 225/40/18 and 285/35/18 I'm using the Hill Engineering bolts from Daniel and the spacer. My original 348 tires were 225/45/17 and 255/45/17. Car definitely turns easier. Almost like a gained power steering. Have only driven about 50 miles but the car feels really good. Will post a better picture from the rear when I get home. Kai
Looks great on a white car, I'm running the same tires from Tirerack. Photo with the "Indian" shields from Ebay. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Got the little horsie's on. Will take a pick tomorrow in sunlight at Santana Row. I decided against the Speedline stickers. I don't think they need free advertising from me... Thanks for the compliments. The wheels I got from Matt were white but I thought that would be too much, white on white since they were not identical. Kai
With the emblems and after a first spirited mountain drive. I like it! Kai Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I know people will eventually ask: DUFTE is a German/Berlin slang term for "awesome", "super", "cool"... Kai
