The Kinematic Viscosity and Flash Point are different.

    :)

Bahrain had a fine dust in the air that over the hours began to clog the filters and the radiators. While oil temps were high and rose during the day, they were under red line even after several hours.

When we got home we cleaned a lot of dust and sand out of the radiators and replaced the filters which dropped the temps way down.

We actually run the Elf Moto 4 XT Tech in the race car (Radical SR3) and the Total Quartz 9000 in the street cars.

I drive a Jeep Liberty Diesel. The dealer just switched me to Penzoil Ultra Euro 5w40. Just bought some at Jiffylube in Plymouth, MN yesterday. They say they stock it.

    Hi everyone,

I have compared some famous oils on paper :

    - Shell Elix Ultra 5w-40 : cSt@40C = 74.4
    cSt@100C =13.1
    cSt@150C = 3.68
    Flash Point = 215C
    Pour Point = -39C

    - Pennzoil Ultra 5w-40 : cSt@40C = 74.4
    cSt@100C =13.1
cSt@150C = same as the Shell one I guess :)
    Flash Point = 215C
    Pour Point = -39C

    - Mobil 1 ESP 0w-40 : cSt@40C = 73
    cSt@100C =13.2
    cSt@150C = 3.76
    Flash Point = 234C
    Pour Point = not found

I'd go with the Shell & change it every year but Sirs one question, let's have a look at the flash point of the Mobil 1 , are we sure that Mobil 1 is fully Sinth ;) ? why Porsches oil service is every 2 year ? ;) Guess I know why..

    Cordially,
