okay i was browsing through the showroom here and could only fin pix of a california next to a murci.

im trying to find pictures of the cars together side by side nose to nose...just curious of the size difference.

it seems to me that after the 328 and even 348/355, that ferraris started putting on some extra size?? look at any pix of 328 next to a 360 or 430 or 550...etc....huge difference

the f cars just seem to look pudgy to me?

thanks all and yes i tried numerous search queries...

grr...I know I have at least one picture like this, I'll try to find it. I can give you 5 Diablo 6.0s next to a 360 Modena, but I guess that won't help.

I posted a picture here somewhere of my 308 next to a 355. The 308 looks small, even compared to that!

I also have a photograph of my 308 next to a Countach. 308 still looks small.

My guess, however, is that most current-production Ferraris look large next to Lamborghinis. Much has been posted on F-Chat about Ferrari's trend toward larger and larger vehicles. Several posters have suggested that current safety regulations demand greater size, but then how does one explain the current Lotus Exige?

    Dear Ferraristi,

    Well....don't have a G (what no Lambo doors? ) or a pudgy / porky F car.....

how about a Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster next to a 91 Ferrari Testarossa?

....can usually be seen every night

    ....in my garage :D

Here's my 308 next to a 355; you can see how much bigger the 355 is. . . And next to a Countach. If you know the size of a Murci compared to a Countach, this should give you an idea.

The Lambo's roofline is actually lower than the 308. . . and the 308 is TINY compared to current-production Ferraris!

    Dear Ferraristi,

My TR has a height of 44.1"

My Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster has a height of 43.5"

The Countach has a height of 42.1"

Even the new Ferrari 458 has a height of 48" !!! .....as big as a Lexus :(

I was at the F pimp one day and they had my TR parked next to a 360....man what a fat cow the 360 was compared!

Pretty much all the new cars are on the bigger side. I parked next to a Jag XK-R in my 308 yesterday at a restaurant, and it make the 308 look like a pedal car.

Then again, I did have trouble finding a place to fit two medium pizzas in the 308 without turning the boxes vertical. The Jag is certainly a better suited pizza delivery vehicle.

the 348 355 are the best looking in terms to the size of a supercar.
you dont need to have the biggest if u own a ferrari lol

Thanks! Belongs to my old man. I just felt that the black makes a small car look even smaller. And red 308s attract more attention than the black.

    Shamile,

I love what's in the garage. Both of those cars are childhood dream machines, for sure. Are there any more pictures around that you could post and share?
