just wondered how long tires last form people in this chat.
I drive aggressively, drift round abouts, parking lots etc and managed 13000Km on brigestones (rear tires gone, front tires 50% life).

I've put 7500 miles on my Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetrics and still have 7/32 on the front and 6/32 on the rear. I'm happy with the wear on these tires. :)

I have been getting 9K total miles and 5 track weekends on a set of Bridgestone S03s.

I am now on RE050A PPs and don't know milage numbers yet.

Obviously driving habits will dictate tire life, and I am sure that the driving habits of the members here vary from one of the scale to the other.

I suggest lowering the rear end by 1.5 to 2 turns. This will put more understeer into the car and balance out the front to rear tire wear.

10k miles in the last two years, rear Pirelli PZeros that were brand new upon reciept of the car. They are shot now, and the fronts are cupping pretty bad. Need new shoes all around and a good alignment.

I still have the original tires on my 92 348 - do you think they are still safe?

Whether I think they are safe or not, they are not safe over parking lot speeds.

I just purchased Hannkook, Ride is smooth and excellent traction.
I have them on my FX35 and they have lasted longer then any other brand I had on that.
    We will see.

Also...make sure your blinker-smoke is full and the tires are filled with nitrogen.

My 97 has the original tires as well. Still look new. I've got new Goodyear F1 Asyms to be mounted this week.

Is it worth saving the original new looking Pzeros or am I just collecting Junk?
