Could go either way with the stewards but I'm braced for a penalty.
I highly doubt Massa will be penalized. It really didn't appear intentional and Button had plenty of time for another run. Besides, it's Monaco; traffic is the name of the game. Mark
Massa 4th!!!! If only Lonnie hadn't............... Well done Macwebba and Sausage!!!! I know someone mentioned the possibility of a dialed in Kubica winning this year... Regie must be ecstatic.
Seemed to me nearly everyone got held up at some stage, I don't know what Massa did I missed it, but lets hope the FIA keep out of it.
Pretty much what I expected other than Kubica (wow) and I thought the Benzs would put together a better lap than that.
yea..penalty for massa is not impossible just wait and see how it will went but its just so coincidence its a mclaren behind lol kubica really can drive
+1 on the Mercs, especially after Q2. As for Kubica, some of the onboard footage looked like he was pushing his luck a little bit in some of the corners but fair play to him, great driving all the same!.
Congrats to Webber. MS is officially done for. He used to own this place and driver input matters here more than anywhere else. Getting beaten here means one thing: He is over the hill.
hard to tell, afterall, you only saw Massa. Where does that leave all the drivers who finish behind then?. BTW, the BBC had an interview with Sir Stirling Moss in their build up and he said he felt Schumacher was ill advised to comeback. He said Schumacher used to be a real racer but these days he's merely a polished driver, no longer a real racer.
For one they don't sit in the mighty Merc. Second they're not 7 times WDC. Make no mistake, MS was better than everybody else during his 7 title chases and he still is better than many of today's drivers. But he is no longer as good as he used to be.
Nothing short of amazing for a 41 year old. Nico (whom is very talented) has his hands full with him...
*shakes head* either you think Nico is really crap and MS is even worse, or MS is doing great. It can only be one or the other. I think there might be something wrong with you. Care to share?
Schumacher ahead of Alonso bwahahaha!!!!! Seriously - who cares. He's back competing, not sitting behind a keyboard somewhere....
MS used to own this place and now he gets beaten by several other competitors including his team mate. Does that sound like a successful comeback to you? If I wasn't too lazy I could tell you who cares. We got plenty of (archived) threads on FChat with Rottkaeppchen fans making all kinds of predictions and comments about how exactly der Kaiser will dominate F1 this year and get his 8th title. You really think those people don't care?
Nico is a very good, very talented driver. So Schumi's performance these days is reasonably close to a very good, very talented driver. Six or seven years ago, describing Schumi as "very good and very talented" would have been offensive...
And so are all the other 23 drivers on the grid, so what?, the race is tomorrow, you don't get any points for qualifying and they're only ahead of Alonso as he was unable to take part due to making a mistake in practice (Pardon Him for being human!). Oh!, lets check the Championship so far BTW: 2. F Alonso 67 Pts. Vs. 9th. Schumacher 22 Pts. "bwahahaha!!!!!" as they say, apparantly.
Thanks. That's my whole point: MS is over the hill compared to his own standard. Can he beat a Bruno Senna and a dela Rosa? Hell yes, many times over. But is that the goal?
