Sticky this and have at it so the rest of the F1 section doesn't have to feel like the whole board did pre P&R section! BTW, I can't hate him 'cause he looks just like my brother in law!
No need to hate, one just needs to watch him be slow while he races. I'm sure he doesn't care if he's hated - he certainly cares that he's slow.
Geez Darth... leave the old guy alone! After all, he may be somebody's grandfather... But in all honestly, I like seeing "MSC" on the timing charts again.
+1 MS' failed comeback is the best thing that happened to a bunch of people: - the Rotkaeppchen love him no matter what - the young guns get a chance to proove that they're faster than him - Varsha fills a lot of airtime by repeating "seven times world champion Michael Schumacher" every time he sees a silver car on the screen - the haters enjoy watching him struggle - Corinna doesn't have to deal with a bored husband - I get to drink a lot of won beer next year (hello SRTMike, barbazza and others) Only Charly Whiting is slightly annoyed because he now has to rewrite the rulebook so that even a 41 year old can understand it.
jeez guys. group hugs all around. let's not talk about one racers scumbaggery when they are ALL guilty of it in one way shape or form
I do not hate Schumi, however I am an unabashed Ferrari fan. When he and Brawn started racing against SF my support for them waned. I enjoy watching SF beat them. And I have enjoyed watching Nico take Schumaker to school the vast majoriy of time. Watching sports for me is not much fun unless I care about who beats who. I know there is not too much team loyalty in F1 with drivers and teams. My loyalty is to Ferrari not the driver nor the management personnel. Forza Ferrari.
It's interesting that perception is held by most, but for some reason I am nearly 180 degrees counterpoint to it. I see Schuey and Brawn as THE reason why Ferrari does well and are no longer middle-pack or back-pack runners. Had it not been for them, we really wouldn't be rallying for much right now in terms of Ferrari success.
Yup; same here. Gotta respect the man for what he has done (& Brawn) and for being able to do what he loves......Although if he were back at Ferrari it would have made things alot easier...
Weii, I am sure that Schumi and Brawn learned SOMETHING at SF and I am sure they were well paid for their services. And I am sure some of their knowledge has carried over to today's team. Like I said: there is little loyalty to a team or driver. You rent their sevices while they are on the payroll with the knowledge that they will part ways if either party so desires. SF has been in F1 for 60 years and are the only team to do so. They have been loyal to the sport. I am loyal to them. It's that simple.
Amen ... but I'll never forget the great times MS gave us while defending the colours of the Scuderia. Thanks Michael
Hate no-way I don't hate any driver, all my hate is piled on Mosley. MS glad to see him back in the sport, the way I see it,: Up for ridicule or heaps of praise either way a brave man, and he is not doing that badly. I do have a problem with fanboys that think he is squeaky clean and then slam the likes of Alonso or Hamilton ect for similar on track transgressions. They are only keeping up the tradition of being winners. Andreas, funny line about CW rewriting the rule book though..
Yeah Michael. If it wasn't for you, Ross Brawn, Jean Todt, and a few good ideas, we could all be here beating our chests over our Ferrari loyalty and savoring the one championship the Scuderia won over the last 30 years. Yeah Schumie you suck
