Windows on 1997 F355 Spider

Simple question. I recently added an F355 Spider to my collection and I am very happy with it. Everything works fine except I'm not sure about one small thing, do the windows in a F355 roll all the way down inside the doors. Mine only go down so that about an inch is still protruding from the door. The convertible top sequencing works fine, windows go down @ an inch or so, seats move forward, top then moves etc. Potentiometers, ECUs etc. seem fine.

I don't have any experience with the type and every picture I see isn't close enough to tell.
