Are these almost impossible to find used and need to be bought new?

The Challenge Grill looks to have gone up to about nine hundred quid plus tax in the UK

Did you ask Daniel at Ricambi? I know he had one a few months ago.

Although i have a grill, i change mine to the solid panel occasionally when i want a change.
I like the look of both equally, this season though i have the grill on :)

My bad. I ordered the last one from Ricambia a week ago.

There is a guy on EBAY trying to sell his:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ferrari-355-F355-Rear-Challenge-Grille-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35a9ba9020QQitemZ230480842784QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

He told me he bought it from some place, and basically bought it to resell it and make a profit. I ordered from Ricambi because I would not save anything from buying off EBAY and knew Ricambi would be safer. EBAY there is always a risk it is not as advertised.

Ok, a couple days have passed...I was actually able to laugh at this.

Seriously though, if someone wanted to try and have it banged back into shape (I'm guessing it's doable) - it is for sale. For me though, I will be having a brand new one put on - no matter the wait.

I found a car with a challenge grill on it. Only thing is it is painted red to match the car, would it be possible to get something like this back to its original state?

Sure --- just needs to be stripped and then re-anodized black.
