    Is this accurate?

    Miami Practice Results

    Kennedy/Jermoluk Scuderia FOW 360 Challenge 01:28.893 93.14

The other 360 in the field is also listed as a Challenge car. They aren't really running challenge cars, are they?

That would partially explain why the Ferraris are in 37th & 39th position.

Challenge cars run in the SGS class, which was basically the top class in Grand Am Cup last year. The Maserati and 360 GT/GTC run in GT. They're still 6 seconds off the pace though. Another case of pay to play drivers and not talent. :)

Thank you for the clarification Rob. Running a 360C doesn't make any sense to me.

Driver #1 for the car I listed is an Enzo & McLaren F1 owner. Being a paying driver(if he is), I would've thought he'd get into a more competitive car.

Those two cars are modified Challenge cars. Minor engine work, Hoosier spec tires, and rear wing with front splitter.

They should be competitive with 02 and 03 spec Porsche 996 GT3 Cup Cars.

PS: FOW is renting out two cars for the series.

Jon, get your ass in there and show them how to drive! :)

Although I do think think some of that time loss is related to the car development. The top SGS cars are being driven by real pros too.

You know what the seat rental is on that?

    Rob,

Part of the problem is the spec Hoosier tire which they are still struggling with on the Challenge suspension.

Also, consider that the 360's are still running the standard Challenge suspension which is a good neutral set up, but nearly all the Porsche teams I know of, have ditched the Porsche factory suspension for much more exotic stuff like Motons, Penskes, Ohlins and JRZ. My friends at Nonnemaker have spent around 6-8K per car on Motons and some of the custom JRZ setups are 10K.

FOW is charging 17K per driver. Wanna co-drive???

    Regards,

    Jon
