Hello: I am in the hunt for Forza Issue #2, Please let me know if anyone is who has it is willing to sell it. Thank You. Frank
The last guy on here looking made me pull out my collection, to check, I have ALL of them up to the #60s or so, still buy it when I see it but don't subscribe. Early issues bring big money... Step right up, with your wallet! LOL! The last guy faded away when I quoted him Albaco pricing.......#1 and #2 have 308 feature articles....
Fortunately I was able to find a LOT of them on Craigslist a few years back. I had to drive 2 hours to get em, but it was worth it. I went through them and between what I bought and what I already had, I only had 2 duplicate issues. I now have all issues up to date.
+1. Purportedly, there was a flood in the printers building where the magazines were being kept prior to being shipped. I believe over half the issues were ruined. I have the full set. I just set AceMaster an extra Issue 1 and 3 that I had, to help get his collection going. Issue 1 had quite a bit of cover wear.
I am selling all of my Forzas, not a complete collection, but includes issues #1, 2, and 3. I forget if 4 and 5 is in this batch. Most are 99% mint. I sold issue #1 about 6 months ago on Ebay for $50. If a magazine is interesting, I would buy 2-3 of the premier issue. I will put the Forza collection on Ebay around May 15. Also, about 40 Cavallino's (no #1-5), Rosso's, and a few other Ferrari related publications. I just can not move all of this.
That's bloody close to my birthday on the 17th, PAP348, I'll remind you!! LOL! Mine just sit there collecting dust, you can have the lot of them if the Ebay thing falls thru!!!! You pay shipping.....or pick them up next time you come walkabout.....
Last year I tried to sell my entire collection (#1 to present, no parting out) for $200.00 and nobody wanted them... Not for sale anymore...
- I'm sitting here and looking at my bookcase. I've got issue #1 thru #102 I do miss the origonal Forza format. A quarterly magazine dedicated to all things Ferrari. I miss Winston Goodfellow's in-depth review of the new cars and Peter Sweenys market update. Eight issues a year is four too many. Now we get "super-tuners" and tricked out F-Cars. I'll sell issues 51- thru 102 for... well nevermind. Why break up the collection now. Joe.
OK, its time. Putting them on Ebay this weekend. Mint #1, #2, #4, #7, # 8, #9, plus about another 25+ from later years. As a package. I go by: tfa7 I know I have #3 and #5 someplace, but it will not be in this group. Also about 35+ Cavallinos, and some very interesting Ferrari oriented magazines, both 1/1 cars and models. Like Japanese model magazines that feature Ferraris. Complete collection of Mike Quarterman's Motor Racing Replica News including an index, some vintage Grand Prix Intl's, really old R&Ts, etc. Too heavy to move across country. PM with questions. Thanks!
I have a full set of Forza too and currently looking for the yellow FORZA-binders or holders (like the red Cavallino ones) Can anybody help me where to get these? Thanks! Maarten
I join that question (hello Maarten), since I also have a full set, but also no binders/holders Ciao, Lars T.
Check "search.ebay.com/ferrari" There are a number of early Forzas for sale. Check it daily, I do. I's the best single source out there. just one man's opinion tongascrew

Hi Lars! It's a small world... Did search for these holders on E-bay but no luck there. I have the holders for my (complete set) of Cavallino's and would like to have binders for Forza too! Any help would be great!
Another western-European joins Have you tried Autonetcarbooks? Perhaps they can offer the binders as they also sell the editions of Forza.
To the best of my knowledge, Forza does not sell/have binders for their magazine. I have called them several times requesting that they produce these and, since they are over Issue 100, a paper-bound and CD-ROM computer-searchable Index Edition. Thus far, no response.
