I went ahead and ordered one from Ricambi with the washer. I see the P0116 code very intermittently. It happens about once every two months or so. I'm wondering if it's just getting old and maybe contributing to my P0102 issue. If not, well it was just a $30 experiment and the car will have a new sensor which can't be all bad.

Alright. Hopefully this isn't too dumb of a question, but how full do I fill the tank with antifreeze? To the top?

I found it in the manual.

The level must not be allowed to fall below 6-8cm from full.

I drove for about 30 minutes and no P0102 yet. Also the idle is much smoother.

Don't forget to bleed air out of the system.

Drove the car again yesterday for about 30 minutes with no issues.
Then started the car today and it idled at 700RPM. I shut it off and restarted and it idled around 1300RPM. I've seen this before.
After it warmed up and the idle went back to 1000RPM, I drove for about 5 minutes and started feeling the rough idle. 5 minutes after that, the P0102 came back. :-(
