    I think it's another version of the F430 because I saw one out on the road the other day and I was like "hmm, I didn't know F430's looked like that?"

    There are many design houses that take "exotic" or high end cars and modify the bodywork, fit different wheels etc and even work on the mechanicals. You see the results at fancy motor shows and rarely on the streets. Inden Design (who are responsible for the second pic) is one of these design houses (like many, they are based in Germany).

    I only see 2 differences. The one on the right has the challenge grill option and it has a splitter added to the rear diffuser. The reason it looks so different is the colors highlight the differences. NOTE: I agree that the splitter is a design house addition.

    No way to know for sure. If it is a stock motor the performance will be similar. But, some of these guys do some mild to moderate mods. There are cars out there with a twin turbo. Obviously those are MUCH higher HP but you can't tell from the bodywork.
