Qld has a plexi plate to suit the European rounded front nose'd cars. If you already have a private plate it costs I think around $430 to change over too it!

some dealers were sending out new Bentley's with plate stickers which the buyers paid extra for only to receive a fine for using them !!

My dad DID work for the Public Works Department and I got a Wayne for a middle name so dad could say any shovels etc found at home with PWD on them belonged to me :( funny guy hey !

What's wrong with on the bumper immediately above the air intake. You've got plenty of room and it is the logical place.

Slightly OT and just asking: has there been any consensus/you decided on front plate location for the 458?

I agree, thats what I tried to show in Post #14. And using PSA means you don't have to drill holes.

Did you manage to get a slimline plate for the front? They are only 100mm in height as oppossed to the standard plates which are 130mm high.

You are being fussy. Many (most?) cars on the road have a front plate that isn't flush with the mounting location.

Tape it on and take a pic so we can advise you further.
