Thanks for all the responses guys. I just checked out those wheels in the ebay link, and i must say that they look insane. Although a lot of you dont agree, im starting to lean towards the matte black. The stock wheels are already beautiful, but i love the contrast of the yellow and the black all over the car.

Painting my wheels matte black would look pure evil. Worst case scenario, ill just paint them back to the stock color if im not convinced. Wont hurt to drive around a few months with matte black shoes ;)

    No?

thats all fine if you work from the assumption that ferrari made each car to the best it can be or that technology remains static. this has not been the case for a long time, they have to answer to accountants just like everyone else now and things move on a quite a pace.

if you take the original ethos of enzo that you are buying the engine and get the rest for free, and the cars are meant to be raced then modifying your car to bring on board new technology, to add to the car parts that original owners didnt specify or simply to make it as best as it can be for you and how you want it would all be part of this original view ferrari held.
its actually closer to the original spirit than doing 2000miles a year and treating it like a piece of art.

i personally think its great people changing their cars, with the one caveat that its done right and using quality parts. that theres thought goes into it.

Don't worry about what others think! You can always keep the stock wheels so you'll have both when you decide to sell the car.

You and only you have got to be happy each and every time you walk into your garage and see your car.

I left the stock wheels on my F430, but changed the wheels on my Gallardo. When I see a set of wheels at the right price and design for my Ferrari, I'll likely make the change.

It will look awesome on your yellow Scud.
I would do it the same.I'm also thinking about it.
My Scud is rosso scuderia and it would look also great in black.
    maybe I will also change.
I think we have really nice problems, which colour we should put on our wheels.
