Me neither. I meant to last night but got lazy. I was missing two ingredients then margarita = no trip to store.
My wife was kind enough to get the truffle oil and cook this up for dinner today. Unfortunately she thinks Clamato and Clam juice are the same thing. I tasted the intended flavours trying to fight through all the tomato-ness. Doh. It was still OK. We will have to make it again the proper way. I mentioned a few times that it should not be red.. and was told each time Clamto was the same thing. After taking "too long" to get the garlic ready for her I just left the kitchen. Sometime you have to know when to check on the cars. Hmm. Now how do introduce the real version one day? I guess I'll have to make it. Note the colour! LOL. <sigh> Image Unavailable, Please Login
IDK but I think I am going to lay off it for a while. I feel like crap this time but not as bad as I did last time. Last time was a super high quality piece of Kobe too.
