bad day at work! venting

That's great news Sean. Now hopefully those changes that The Boss promised will actually stick.

 

People always think you can go to a lawyer if mistreated and fired if you document it. But 99% of the time the agreement is that the employee and employer can discontinue the relationship at any time for any reason. Makes it hard to fight if you get fired for almost any reason. Sad but true.

Good luck, I'm sure things will change and after a couple of weeks the awkwardness of quitting and then staying will pass. Too many ugly people out there.

 

Sheesh ........ I am sure glad I have not dealt with people like that in a looooong time ................ I hope you stay positive and get it worked out!!!

If you are going to put up with all the nonsense go into business for yourself, if you are that good at your job then reap ALL of the benefits.....That's what is (or was) great about America.....

I still have the philosophy that a "bad economy" doesn't exist for smart, hard-working, HONEST people. Someone has to support all the cretins.....
