I'm a little lite on meateaters here today so I'm going small. 3# pork shoulder. I cut the bone out and stuffed with some fresh hot garlic cloves from my neighbor's garden. Tied it up. Dave's Famous rub and brown sugar. I'll let it sit for a couple of hrs. Rub it again before it goes to the smoker. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Looks awesome! Cuervo? I forgot to take more pictures last night once we got rolling. K and I are heading out for a little G. The cook was a success, the ribs and ABT's are all gone but we have pulled pork left, had a little PP hash this morning.
I used my simple $49 Coleman smoker with a lot of hickory chips on the charcoal. 3 hrs till thermometer read 160 F. Let it stand for 30 min. It melted in your mouth. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Darth, you didn't think I'd forget about my own thread did you? I smoked some baby backs on the Egg yesterday. I started them out with a dry rub for approximately four hours and then put a light coat of brown sugar on the ribs just before putting them over the coals. I smoked them for approximately four hours at 245 degrees, basting every 30-40 minutes with an ACV/apple juice mixture. At the end, I mopped some bbq sauce on the ribs and then let them rest for half an hour in aluminum foil. Delicious! Here are the ribs after sitting in the dry rub... Image Unavailable, Please Login
