Has anybody dealt with Wynn Ferrari? Currently in Las Vegas with the family and looking at one of their cars (F430 spider in particular). Are they flexible on test drives? Curious about that since the area can be pretty busy and all.

    Thanks

I've dealt with Richard Kansky (service manager) and his team - top notch guys, I can't say enough good things about them. I haven't dealt with their sales team, but if Richard's customer service is indicative of their sales department you will have a very positive experience.

I'll chime in on this one. Only great things to say about Richard and the rest of the service department. Never dealt with sales but seems to be a top notch group.

Richard is the model of what every service manager in the USA should strive for.

Bought my 360 there, though the sales person I dealt with and the GM from the time are no longer there.

They didn't offer test drives then, not sure if they would now under new management.

The only sales person I know is Tony (I believe he's the one that posts every once in a while in the Nevada section). Pretty decent guy.

    Good luck.

I can't say how many times I've had my cars detailed..but never had anything this good! You drop your car off in the morning or as I did the night before so they can start first thing. (they will drive you to your hotel and pick you up when it's done) I had asked Richard the service manger to take pictures since he said it would be the best Detail I had ever had done.....He Was Right !!!!
check it out from start to finish...with pics.
    Thanks Richard .

pic#1-2 shows cutting with wool pad to remove heavy oxidation, deeper scratches, & heavy swirls
pic#3-4 is using a foam polish pad (2 steps here)
pic#5 shows using the polish pad on yet another stage
pic#6-7-8 shows using a finish pad on the final stage of high speed machine application
pic#9-10 shows using a DA (duel action polisher) to remove swirls created by high speed machine & remove contaminants from paint
pic#11 is hood at this stage
pic#12 shows the sealer applied (this is the last machine step
    last stage is hand wax
pic#13 is finished product note the depth as the floor tiles reflect in the door

We pulled the trigger on an '07 430 spider and it will be transported here sometime next week. Thanks for the feedback everyone
Planning on bringing it out to cars & coffee on the 17th if it arrives beforehand (which it should)

Wow that's great... very similar to my car only with a black dash. Looks like yours has ball polished wheels.

I'm glad it worked out with you and Tony. Enjoy the machine!
