Cost well thats hard to determine but I will give it a go.

    Engine $15k
    Labor $2k
    Material$1k
    Artistic design and integrity Priceless

I Polished the engine with a tooth brush, cleaned everything top to bottom, refinished what I could and lacquered everything to bright shine pictures do not do justice.

Glass is tempered etched glass from the bottom, actually sand blasted with different depths awesome.

The stand is temporary till I make my custom one 6 inches lower and way smaller.

Now my only dilemma is do I actually put this in my Condo. So far answer has been that I would be crazy not to put this on display. Let me tell ya it has been a great conversation piece already lol I mean no one in the world has one of these, not even Kramer :D:D:D

All I know is that the last guy with the coolest stuff in the end wins :) Beat that boys hoo Ya! I WIN!!!!!:D:D:D

Go easy dude. Your gonna make the biggest guy jealous. Now you have to get that sucker identified in your last will and testament.

Did ya ever think about it...Why do they call it a "coffee table". I've never actually put coffee on one. They are the perfect height for another activity. I guess you can't really name it after that...could you?

WOW that's one fantastic coffee table. I have an Alfa 2.0 engine that blew a rod out the side of the block and was thinking about doing that same thing with it. Won't be as awesome as having a 348 coffee table though....what you made is a one of a kind.

    beautiful!! looks great!

was there anything wrong with the engine? I would love to do something like that some day, I probably wouldn't invest 15k + on it but looks awesome!! I'd probably try a blown engine or something but im sure eventhough's demand a premium.

Had it made, I measured what I needed found a artist sand blaster had him do it.

    hopefully never ever ever

Well you could say that lol this engine is the original one from my car it has a burnt piston in the #1 cylinder other than that she is good to go lol. And the $15k is what it cost me to replace it, got off pretty lucky.

Lo ya I guess it's been a while Huh? Sorry for sliiping I will get back to the girls asap:D

Very carefully my man, very carefully :D

well the story is a long painful one lol here it is
