I was there from 1PM-6PM. Highlights were the enzo and *drumroll* 996 GT1! Ran into a few familiar faces, overall a nice turnout but nothing you don't see regularly on the streets on dudebridge/Toronto. The best part was when all the cars were leaving and opening up the throttles down Avenue :D

Thanks for posting! Love those really old Porsches. I saw the silver Ruf 911 outside Paradiso in Oakville this evening.

Sorry I missed you Lucas. I was all over the place & don't usually hang around my car. I did however spot a crowd around my car at one point, saw the door was open & one of the volunteers sitting in car. As I got closer (but was behind the barrier) I said to the guy " what the hell are you doing?" I then realized my wife (she changed her top) & her friend were there & had asked this guy to take their photo & then let him sit in it. I'm OK with that but I was a little exited for a moment. We also let some kids sit in the car & had their photo taken just before we left & they had smiles that would not stop--kinda makes it all worthwhile.

This was a great event & I hope they made lots of money so they can do it again next year.

    yes, whats the reason?

Some of the less thrilling cars could be dropped if space was an issue?

I heard you were down there Rob but did not hang around for long. How is my ex--hope you are keeping her in good form.

The Lambos were supposed to be there from what I heard but something did not fall through. It would have been nice to see them there.

I saw some people touching and LEANING on some of the cars and it made me cringe. I almost had half a mind to ask some of them to stop, especially on cars such as the yellow Carerra GT.

Mario, do you drive a giallo 355 GTS with a personalized plate? I think I've seen you on most Thursdays at LaPaloma.

There were but a lot of them were young kids. Some of them were taking pics themselves. I saw a few people touching the cars too, mostly women who were getting their pics taken.

She's doing fine, really a joy to drive, no issues what so ever. I had the front spoiler redone so she's pristine now.

    +1

Yeah; I was actually looking forward to seeing some Lambos. There was that customized Murcielago parked right around the corner though; it was there all day.

Well, when I was shooting the Carrera GT some kids were near it; the volunteers said "please keep distance".

Mario, I saw you but you were talking to some people so I didn't want to interrupt just to say hi.

Also spotted Zookie's car in the Porsche section.

I've been there 3 times now this year--twice with the 355GTS.

If the weather is nice this Thurs. I'll be there with the wifes white 92 Alfa spider--I just spent all morning making it shine.

Rob if I still had the white Testa & now the Alfa it would have made a nice pair! When are you going to show up the Paloma?
