MS did the same as Webber did to Vettel and this time he was able to drive straight and not turn into the car beside him ... interesting. Pete
Don't be an idiot mate. Webber is cruising to win not interested in lap times anymore. Remember engine life ... Pete
As for Alonso. He too is not doing much. we are way past the half way point and he still keeps making stupid mistakes. He is not what we thought he was, or is he?
I tried to wait for the Fox showing of the race but couldn't. Alonso's having another crappy race (he REALLY couldn't just concede the position and re-pass Kubica legally?) due to red mist thinking, Vettel is plagued again by some type of failure (apparently caused by Hamilton, so maybe that qualifies for the "what rule will LH break this week...'question) and McLaren, without the fastest car on the grid, seems to have two WDC's driving their cars. Oh yeah, they do. I wish Ferrari would show up every race like them without shooting themselves in the arse. WFT is Massa even doing? Since Alonso punked him at the pit entrance that one race, he's been the Nowhere Man. The Bulls are the fastest cars, but McLaren is looking like this year's WCC at the very least. Since Hamilton will continue to lead the WDC after this weekend, you certainly can't count him out for that either. I wouldn't count out Jensen, for that matter. I wonder if McLaren would be up for a driver swap with Ferrari?
He is exactly what a lot of us thought he was - a bad decision for the Scuderia. I'll be happy when both their current drivers are replaced. >8^) ER
Its not just the drivers. The Ferrari team is acting like a bunch of rookies with no direction. I fear we may be in for a long dry spell again.
Why is that idiot pitting with 2 laps left? He won't move up the grid...he's in 14th now! Nice fastest lap by Massa when it doesn't matter.
Remember they have to reuse engines plus when you are winning the goal is always to win as SLOW as possible. Thus of course Mark is not topping the lap times. Pete
Well done Webber flawless drive from him considering his head was about to explode at the start. Great drive from Ham and Button, Rubins also. Vettel did well also to recover from last.
+1...I haven't seen it yet, but it sounds like the Scuderia raised the bar for incompetence this afternoon.
