I too am looking/leaning more towards "b"s, having read (here and elsewere) that the "s"s can be (usually are) a bit leaky if you get caught in the rain, and can rattle a bit with the top in place. I HATE rattles, and would much prefer a quiet, solid ride than an open top (already have a full size convertable) Opinions?

The GTS is easier to get in and out of, with the top off. I never put mine on, unless it was going to rain.

My top never and still doesn't, rattle or leak, but maybe it is because I am owner #2, and have had the car for 26 years, even though it has some miles on it, it was never wrecked or dorked with.

This relative stiffness thing, I think is a mostly crock. If you are running it at the track, the extra stiffness of the steel roof will give you an advantage, with a race prepped suspension, but no real diff on the street under normal driving (cruising, summer/spring drive).

Girls like the GTS more. <<< Note well. if you want to pickup girls, doing guy things with a bunch of guys (my car has stiffer suspension than your car, my car is better, ) will let you have great time with the guys, but won't get you much female companionship.

It is easier to spot highway patrol speed trap airplanes in a GTS.

But if you park it under a lift, it's still a pain to get into and out of...

I like the GTB lines better. I have a blacks GTS, I purchased a set of modified side louvers, the black top blends in with the black car. I have the best of both worlds.

Your problem is obvious, your either need a larger garage or have too many Ferraris. ;)

I will go with the larger garage as the issue. No such thing as too many Ferraris!

    Not mine, ever.

    ...and nope again.

I prefer the GTS. But it's going to come down to what you prefer.

Just had my GTS in the rain last week - no problem for me. I do try to avoid driving it in the rain if I can, but do get caught from time to time.

I dont worry about the chassis stiffness, yes, its probably a bit less than the GTB, but:

    1. Who cares when the sun is shining down on you?

    2. Who cares if the a/c is like an asthmatic blowing at you through a straw?

    3. Who cares if you get that wind-blown look?

The bottom line is you are experiencing ALL of those things in a Ferrari!!! The looks you get, the thumbs up approval from everyone, the cameras that come out, the people calling out to you "Hey Magnum!!" the sound of that V8 engine running at 5k, 6k, and 7k rpms is simply wonderful and I think the sounds come through better in a GTS.

Looks to me you have room for another lift and a 330/P4 conversion on top.

That spot is already filled, the 308 will hide above this thing.

One must always have one more car than a good parking spot...

Based on that license plate #, the B car must by about a 1986?
