Very frustrating 360 spider top issue

So I've had various spider top issues with my 360, they all "sort" of fixed itself after a reverse cycle.

Right now I have a little bug I can't get rid of.

Top up or down no problem, everything cycles perfectly. Top up no warning light, top down the dash shows a car logo with the top half way picture. Turn off the master switch gets rid of the warning light, but if I cycle the top close and open the warning light will come on. I checked both micro switches for the canvas top position and the cover position and they are both making contact.

Any ideas?

 

Never mind, it's working now. Only difference was I opened the top without the engine running, not sure what difference that made. I usually only operate the top with the engine running to make sure it doesn't drain too much battery.
