328 antenna bushing

After many months of research I took the plunge and bought my first Ferrari last week, a 328 GTB that was for sale on ferrariads.com. This car is beyond beautiful -- I wake up in the middle of the night and go down to the garage and just stare at it. Cant find much fault with it anywhere cosmetically, but the bushing (the rubber surrounding the base) of the antenna is a bit cracked and deteriorating. Any advice on where to find a replacement and whether a rank amateur mechanic like myself could swap it out? Thanks for any advice you may have.
