Sorry this is about a week late in posting but as we were speeding along divided Rte 92 West toward Half Moon Bay on 7/17 'bout noon we saw a silver 355 spider, I believe, begining..or ending a CHP pullover. I was just wondering if it was just another of those 'gosh I just really love your car, can I take a picture?' pullovers I keep getting from local sheriffs and CHP constables. Annoying aren't they?

Anyway while I haven't yet had to ply the .."but officer you can't help but go faster...Its a Ferrari..." reasoning to any law enforcement ears...it's just as well. I've never had any luck with anything other than the "Yes Sir, No Sir, You're absolutely right Sir' kiss ass they suck up quicker than a cold six pack. Hope the owner we spyed that day faired well. Almost slowed me down to legal...almost.

I was out in Half Moon Bay in my 355 Spider that day, but mine is Red, and I was mostly doing the speed limit, so it wasn't me.

    Hey Paul,

Thanks for responding. Although I do have difficulty distinguishing 360's from 355's I've still got silver and red down pat. Of course that could change anyday...one never knows.

Seems the CHP was running several radar/laser traps that day. We saw more cops patroling penisula than ants at a picnic.

As to driving mostly legal shame on you....or me.

Drive 'em fast and don't get caught. Maturity isn't my strong point. Be Well, Dana
