    That does seem like a lot more wear than 3900 miles. Looks pretty good everywhere else though.

    Ive seen some cars that looked that good in the pics and when they arrive they are a complete disaster. I believe that a 99 F1 spider truly having 3,900 miles on it would be bought long before it ever got to Flea-bay.

    I agree, somethings fishy here. The drivers seat in my 95 with 12,000 miles looks virtually new with no cracks at all on the side bolster. Unless the owner weighed 350 and the seat took a beating.

    I'd sure want to see maintenance records on that car. I bet there are none.

    The Airbag cover is shrinking, an so is the console leather. I would bet that car spent a lot of time outside with the top down in Florida.

    That is exactly what I thought when the ad first came out. I even wanted to send them an email confronting the issue.

    Can you imagine the audacity some dealers have ???

    Unfortunately there are so many unsuspecting Ferrari buyers that just dont know. Used car salesmen have an uncanny way of winning the trust of so many. Whenever I go to Ferrari gatherings, I like to look over the cars and guess the milage on them. Im usually not that far off. This one not only shows bolster wear on the seat but the seat is pushed down quite a bit. I was being really generous when I said that this one has at least 30,000 miles on it. It may be closer to 45,000.

    Everyone shopping on E-bay should know that the feedback rules changed a couple of years back and the feedback scores are now calculated for the last 6 months only. This seller shows a 100% feedback but try reading ALL of his feedback. Not someone I would by a VW from let alone a Ferrari.

    All you doubters and skeptics - take the time to open and read the Carfax report at the bottom of the auction. Only 2000 miles as of 12/05.

    I agree seat wear is awful for a low mileage car.
