Good on the Aussie Knife!!! Love to see him as WDC. Shoe is Shoe, gave Rubino 1/100th to get by. Vettel beyond ticked...
Should be worse than that. Ive been a fan of his for a long time but that was bullchit. If RB had hit the wall, then MS should have been banned for 5 races.
They should put a gag on him, he obviously is clueless to the rules which are basically the same in all forms of motorsports. You are not allowed to drag back like that, it was blatantly obvious....more team orders.
I'm not sure I get all the MS hate. You are allowed 1 defensive more and that's all he took. Rubens didn't have to pass, he could have stayed behind and tried later.
At least we'll get to hear Vettel's comments before the team really have a chance to calm him down. Heard him tell Whiting that it wasn't intentional, he thought they had another lap, and something about not seeing the line. Guess we'll hear more in the interview room. >8^) ER
Vettel has a face like a fried boot. So cocky yesterday. I don't like to see people lose but he's becoming a bit of a prema donna of late. I really used to like him when he first came on the scene.
Its people like you that just kill me. He pushed him almost into the wall. Get in the real world man!
+ I never hated Schuey, always admired him, but now...I have zero respect for him, totally tarnishing his legacy
Good race, especially for hungaroring! Webber drove absolutely awesome today, although I think that if Vettel didn't get a drive through it would have been him on the top step... The battle with Barrichello and Schumacher just showed how difficult it was for a car to pass on this track, Barrichello 2 to 3 seconds faster on the new soft tires and almost unable to pass. Very naughty move by Schumacher but no different to what Webber has done to Massa (I believe) in Fuji). No penalty then and I would hope no penalty today either. Did hold my breath for a moment though Petrov on a career saving drive today, didn't see to much of him but great result for him. Hamilton unlucky, I think he would have become 4th ahead of Massa, but backing Massa up significantly (His pace compared to Massa before he went of was slow at best, he got lucky with the SC). All in all, Webber did great, he's leading the WDC right now after having the most wins. Red bull leading the WDC too? As long as it's not Mclaren
Thats what the FIA likes in F1 now. The SAFETY CAR! Its more like, one guy has to big a lead and this race is going to get real booooooring. So lets reshuffle the deck a bit here. Its all BS to me.
Not hate, just a uncalled punt in to a wall IMO, I would say the same about any driver doing that. Rubens was a lot quicker, he has suffered being MS's lap dog for years, I would have thought MS would have cut him some slack, but that aside I know its racing but it wasn't like there was a run off area, scary stuff IMO, and not needed at this stage of the game.
